What's Your Ideal Workout Music?
Dance floors have been closed for a while, so you can't really work up a sweat the way you used to. And though you can always brave the great outdoors and go for a run, ride your bike or make due with an outside (or home) workout instead, that won't work as well without some cool up-tempo music to set your pace to.
The ideal tempo range for a workout was scientifically set at 125-140 BPM (the higher the tempo, the heavier your workout), so there’s a huge amount of dance music available for that exact purpose.
