There’s no party without ARTY.

2018 has been a record-breaking year for famed DJ/Producer and EDM heavyweight Artem ‘Arty’ Stoliarov a.k.a. ARTY. After starting 2018 with his single “Sunrise” going to #2 on US dance radio, ARTY continues to shock the dance world with over 14 new releases in just seven months between his ARTY and progressive trance-focused ALPHA 9 projects, including incredibly successful remixes for Skrillex, Above and Beyond, Axwell /\ Ingrosso, and Armin Van Buuren -- making him #1 in 2018 for most releases by any EDM artist.

ARTY has built an international following mixing his trademark big-room anthems with downtempo electronica year over year, showcasing his gift for translating club-focused sounds to the pop/radio format. With nods to classic trance, Arty continues to produce under the moniker ALPHA 9, and is currently wrapping up a United States tour with special performances internationally.

Born and raised in Russia amidst its transition from the Soviet Union, Arty studied at music school until the age of 14. Growing up in an environment that questioned tradition and representing a new generation of curiosity and exploration, Arty’s passion for music, video games and electronics led him to experiment with production equipment and sequencers, cutting his teeth remixing popular sounds from The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, and The Crystal Method.

Arty’s career began in 2009 at the age of 19, when his passion for producing led to emailing demos to labels, resulting in his first release that same year on Enhanced Progressive (United Kingdom). His raw prodigious talent and signature quality of his productions quickly set him apart in a crowded arena.

In 2010, Above & Beyond snapped up ‘Rush’ for Arty’s first release on their acclaimed Anjunabeats label, followed by Axwell’s Axtone releasing ‘Trio’ alongside Matisse & Sadko in 2011. In just two years, Arty had releases on his two favorite labels, setting the tone for a sharp rise through the industry.By 21, Arty gained even more momentum alongside Armin Van Buuren as part of his 2011 A State Of Trance Episode 500 tour, at the acclaimed Brabanthallen in Amsterdam.

Shortly after, Arty released successful tracks on Armind, Spinnin’, Big Beat, Ministry of Sound, and Insomniac, crafting immensely popular remixes for Halsey, OneRepublic, London Grammar, Above & Beyond, Porter Robinson, and Years & Years.

In 2012, Arty moved to Los Angeles and signed with Interscope Records, releasing the single, “Up All Night,” which has since accumulated more than 20 million streams on digital platforms, and was later included in Arty’s highly successful 2015 debut studio album, “Glorious.” “Glorious” catapulted Arty’s status to stardom, with superb songwriting courtesy of some of the industry’s most acclaimed names. Praise for his first long-player has come from industry moguls and publications ranging from Your EDM to Complex Magazine.

Like his debut album, Arty’s recent single, “Falling Down (feat. Maty Noyes)” (2017), showcases his talent for translating club-focused sounds to the pop/radio format, garnering over 1 million streams in the first two weeks, with international recognition and acclaim.

With an XS Encore Las Vegas residency under his belt, and a pedigree of performances at Ultra, Electric Daisy Carnival, Tomorrowland, Ushuaïa, Amnesia Ibiza, and Creamfields, Arty has established himself as one of the music industry's most consistent artists, a prodigious talent, rising through the hard-earned ranks since his first demo submission in 2009.

Today, Arty resides in Los Angeles, and is always pushing forward, with several new works of original music and collaborations set for release later this year. Last summer he toured in Asia, and played sold out shows in Ibiza with Martin Garrix and Armin van Buuren. This summer he toured Japan, Russia, and played major festivals including EDC, Tomorrowland, and Dreamstate.

When not producing or touring, Arty is a video game nerd spending most his time dominating in League of Legends and FIFA, often streaming his plays on Twitch. He is also a fan of the Real Madrid and AC Milan soccer franchises, and the Washington Capitals hockey team.
