Armada University is teaming up with ADE LAB to host a full day of music production paradise at Club Lynk & Co (Rokin 75) on Friday, October 20. Check below for the full program and details on how to attend.

MASTERCLASSES
11.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m. Maxim Lany
Kicking off Armada University’s ADE 2023 program is Belgian DJ and producer Maxim Lany, who’s currently putting the final touches to a one-of-a-kind EP created through real-time audio editing in a studio jam session with The Plugins. Together with Paul van de Geijn, the band’s head engineer, he will share the technology and process behind one of the EP’s tracks, leading up to a special remix competition event that will start immediately after.

12.15 p.m. - 1.15 p.m. Carly Wilford
A champion of female producer talent worldwide, U.K. house starlet Carly Wilford joins Armada University’s ADE 2023 program to teach and inspire the new wave of dance music talent. Having had multiple releases on Armada Music across 2023, she transfers her extensive knowledge of both music production and the dance music scene as a whole over an hour’s worth of tips, tricks and invaluable insights.

1.30 p.m. - 2.15 p.m. Armin van Buuren
An artist extraordinaire for the past twenty-plus years, Armin van Buuren has a career many aspiring producers strive for. In his masterclass, he offers a unique look into his work ethic and production process. Expect groundbreaking insights and super-handy tips and tricks from one of the foremost icons and flagbearers of electronic music.

2.45 p.m. - 3.45 p.m. Eelke Kleijn
An accomplished producer in and beyond dance music, Eelke Kleijn is still on everyone’s lips following the phenomenal success of club hit ‘Transmission’, its follow-up ‘Time Machine’ and all other masterful productions that bear his audial stamp. With his masterclass, the Dutch multi-discipline composer allows for an exclusive look into his production process and how he shapes his records into dance floor favorites.

4.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m. Enamour
Hailing from the United States, Enamour is among the select few able to blend genres such as deep house, progressive house and dark techno into a sound truly all his own. Boasting numerous releases on well-respected labels such as Anjunadeep, Get Physical, Armada Electronic Elements, Last Night on Earth and Eelke Kleijn’s DAYS like NIGHTS, he knows how to create melodically expressive soundscapes dance music’s top labels can’t say no to.

LIVE REMIX COMPETITION 12.00 p.m. - 4.15 p.m.
Following his opening masterclass with Paul van de Geijn, Maxim Lany and Armada University are hosting an on-the-spot remix competition for all producer talent. The Belgian DJ and producer will provide the stems of one of the tracks from the one-of-a-kind EP discussed in his masterclass, inviting producers to build a quality remix under the supervision of Maxim Lany and Armada Music A&Rs. The #1, #2 and #3 of the competition will win some amazing prizes.

In between the masterclasses, Ableton gives you the chance to play around with the Ableton Push 3, the latest and greatest in their series of acclaimed MIDI controllers. With help from an Ableton Certified Trainer, you get to explore the vast possibilities of the new controller to upgrade your setup.
