Everyone who uses the website of Armada Music and whose personal data are processed when using services of Armada Music or collaborating with Armada Music. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED


The personal data that is processed by Armada Music is the personal data that:


You have provided to us (such as contact details and billing information);
Gives insight in the use of our website (such as IP address and behaviour on the Armada Music website); and
Is obtained from other sources.

When receiving newsletters or other marketing communications from Armada Music, the personal data used for the receiving of these marketing communications is also processed by Armada Music.





PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTED DATA


Armada Music only processes your personal data for the specific purposes that these data have been provided for by you to us, unless we have received your permission to do otherwise. Data are collected for the following purposes:


- Newsletters, e-mails, competitions and events and invites.


- Order one of our services/products ; These data will be used to execute your order. These data will be stored on a security server owned by Armada Music or by a third party. We will not combine your personal data with other data.

- To improve and secure our website


- To analyse the data from website users


- For job applicants


- To comply with rules and regulations, for instance, the State Taxes requests the processing of certain categories of personal data.





LEGAL BASIS PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA


Consent: Armada Music can request your consent for the storage of your personal data. The obtained consent can be withdrawn when requested by you. Consent is obtained, for instance, for use of cookies on our website, direct marketing purposes and when applying for a job via the Armada Music website.
Necessary to enter into a contract or to perform a contract;
Statutory obligation;
Legitimate interest: Armada Music can process personal data if we have a legitimate interest that justifies the storage of personal data. We can, for example, reach out to you when we use your email address to offer you similar services via direct marketing.

SHARING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA


Your personal data will be stored on a secured server owned by Armada Music or by a trusted and approved third party with whom Armada Music has concluded data processing agreements. We will not combine your personal data with other data and we will only pass on your data to other parties if this is really necessary for our services.


This may include parties such as:


delivery partners;
payment partners;
IT service providers; and
In suspicious situations and when requested by law, we are obliged to share customer data with government agencies.

The parties who are allowed access to your data may only use these data to provide you with a service on behalf of Armada Music. We never sell your data to third parties. We store your data in our secured databases located in the EU.


ACCESS AND SECURITY


We always apply strict security measures on the data processed, such as:


Security management for Armada Music devices: Only devices managed by Armada Music have access to the personal data, using two-factor authentication and a VPN connection for devices used outside of the Armada Music premises.
Security based on position: Data accessibility is determined based on the role and position of Armada Music employees;
Period testing and training of employees: our systems are temporarily tested and our employees need to complete data security awareness training;
Physical access security: Armada Music premises all have physical access control and video surveillance systems;
Confidentiality agreements: Employees and third parties that have access to your personal data are subject to confidentiality agreements.

In the case that personal data are transferred to countries outside the European Union, we ensure that your privacy is protected by concluding additional agreements with the third parties sending the personal data outside of the European Union. We make sure that American parties are registered under the Privacy Shield.


TERM OF DATA STORAGE


We do not store and use your data longer than necessary. We will delete all data we have from you as soon as the purpose has expired. Or we use your data anonymously, because we need certain data for internal analyses and reports. For the term of storage we keep the following deadlines, after which we delete your data:


- We will not store camera images of our offices for more than 4 weeks. Unless we see something suspicious that we have to further investigate whether the images should be kept longer because of a legal obligation;


- We are entitled to delete inactive client accounts (after 7 years). After that period, we only use your data anonymously, for internal reports;


- Due to tax regulations, we keep our administration with your financial data for a term of 7 years; and


- Data of job applicants is kept for 12 months.


After the term used for the data storage, the personal data shall be removed.


Third-party websites


The website of Armada Music contains buttons of third-party websites. Armada Music is not responsible for the services of these platforms or the content of these websites, even as the cookie statements and privacy statements of these third-party websites.


COOKIES


We collect data for research to get a better insight in our clients in order to tailor our services/products. This website uses cookies. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user’s web browser while the user is browsing the website. Every time the user loads the website, the browser sends the cookie back to the server to notify the website of the user’s previous activity. This information gathered by the cookie will be stored on the security server of www.Armadamusic.com or by a third party. We use this information to see how you use the website and to make reports on website activity in order to offer you other services and products related to your activity on internet.
