Classic of the Week: Thomas Bronzwaer – Shadow World

Classic of the Week: Thomas Bronzwaer – Shadow World

March 3rd, 2013

In 2005, Dutchman Thomas Bronzwaer was at the eve of his big breakthrough. After making the first strikes with the solid ‘Close Horizon’, he kicked in with the quality trancer of ‘Shadow World’. And that’s when things got from big to massive!

A young classic, featured on Armin’s legendary A State of Trance 2005 compilation and hammered by all other jocks within trance land. Its catchy synths, infectious oldskool bass and constant flow of energy makes every trance fan’s heart beat faster. In the meantime, we’ve come to known the Bronzwaer sound even better, through the success of ‘Proteus’, ‘Certitude’, ‘Titan’, ‘Look Ahead’ and of course remixes for Armin van Buuren, Inertia, John O’Callaghan and many more. Whether under his Arizona or Avalon aliases, or in collaborative projects such as Lost World and Saviour, each and every tune of Thomas Bronzwaer carries something unique and surprising.

That’s exactly why we’ve named his ‘Shadow World’ our Classic of the Week! Be sure to check it out on Armin’s A State of Trance 2005 album on Spotify!

Also be sure to check out Thomas’ latest E.P., ‘Proteus’ & ‘Coherence’ on A State of Trance!
