ElSandro - Merrimet

PILOT059 - February 28th, 2011

Truly different - there's no other way to describe the sounds of DJ and producer Sander Bouma. Debuting in 2007 with 'Natural', a collaboration with Ruben de Ronde, he introduced dance-land to a style that brings house and progressive together in one warm, melting pot of sounds. 'Style Fusion', a real seducer for the peak time moments, was the first solo release of the Dutch producer, now seeing its official follow-up released on the Pilot 6 label.

'Merriment' is a real gem for those into deep, subtle effects, with a bass that'll ripple the floor of every club it meets. Extraordinary synth-lines, melodic strings and a prog-house build-up, make 'Merriment' a track that slowly crawls under your skin, unfolding into another genuine peak-time track so typically ElSandro.

Melbourne based producer Aaron Camz made 'Merriment' enter the crossroad of progressive, tech and trance with his remix. A strong, big room rework of a track that will surely highlight your club nights of the following months.
